"This is the Subordinate High Courts. Please press 9 for ..."
I pressed 9.
"Good morning, this is the Subordinate High Courts. Who is this?"
"Someone called me and I am directed to this line."
"Oh, may I know your name and IC number?"
"(Given my name and IC number)"
"You are involved with this laundering money case. You are supposed to attend a trial but you did not attend. May I know the reason?"
"Huh? I did not receive any letter regarding this trial."
"Hmm... But you are supposed to attend this trial."
"No, I don't have any knowledge of this. Who is this? How can I contact you?"
He gave his name and telephone number.
"I will call the inspector and ask him to contact you."
(Waiting)
"Hello, I am xxx. You have been suspected of laundering money. Your name is used to open two bank accounts. POSB and OCBC."
"No, I did not open any accounts."
"But your name is used. In July 20th 2007, we have raided the head of this laundering money. And your name is used to open the bank accounts. Are you in need of any money? Did you sell your IC away?"
"No, I did not. Who is this? How about I go over to your side?"
"I am xxx. I am from the xxx Division from xxx. Please come to Government House. Do you know where it is?"
"I am not very sure. How about you tell me in English?"
"I am at Government House second floor."
"I would like to have the address in English."
"I told you already, I am at Government House second floor. Don't you know where it is?"
"As I say, I want to have it in English. As an inspector, I am sure that you know the address in English, right?"
(He hung up phone.)

Please note that if there is any trial that you need to attend, they need to issue you a letter.
And if you are suspected of anything, they won't ask you on the phone. They will ask you to come to the police post.

I am shocked, sad, but also relieved that I am targeted. I hope my story is conveyed to all my friends and none of them are caught in this.

Yesterday met up with a old friend, Weiwen. Oh my, she has grown up a lot. I believe that I haven't seen her for at least 10 years? Time passes. She is now working as a probation officer. But she really reminds me of the lady boss in "My wife is a gangster 1". Ha ha... I don't know whether is it because of her bossy look or wat. But it really reminds me lah. You told me that there is a photo of you in the Net. I really can google for it. Wow, I also saw your article. Very nicely written.

This morning, I opened my Email. Titled "Application for M.Sc. in Mathematics by Coursework, January 2008 Intake"

I excitedly opened it. Again and again to my disappointment, I am rejected. Dunno whether this is God's plan. Sigh!

In the morning, went to Sentosa with the Japanese friends in the Exchange Program I have with Joyo Senior High SChool. I heard a news that this is the last class in their school as not many students are going for this English Immersion Class. Sigh! One less chance to speak Japanese le...

While I was there, a thought came to my mind.
As I am sitting here waiting for the Japanese students to finish their luge rides, I suddenly thought of the reason why typical guy's favourite relaxing activity is sleeping. Cause for guys, we have been running, jumping for most of our youth. So if we consider every people's limited potential energy, it might be true for this train of thought. Hmm... Food for thought.

Later in the evening, I went to the Children's church musical. It is quite a good musical. Very fun. Waiting to get their DVD when it is out. :)

Reopened this blog. Had to write it here. I can't believe myself that I got into a car accident. I wanted to turn into a bus stop and I crashed into the divider. That the whole wheel was punctured. It is really thank God that I am all right. But I guess that my pocket is not. I tried to save money for the building fund. But guess I should't have touched the car at all. Each time I touch, accidents happen. I don't know whether I am unlucky or the devil likes me so much.
